Career
Recorded the Falcons first 1,000-yard season since 1999 (Terance Mathis) when he compiled 1,202 yards on 83 receptions in 2007.

Finished the 2007 campaign tied for third in the NFC in receiving yards (1,202) while recording a career-best five 100-yard games.

Strong, physical receiver, who saw immediate action in his rookie campaign, ranking fourth among all rookie receivers in 2005.


2007 (Falcons)
Posted Atlanta’s first 1,000-yard season since 1999 (1,202) while setting career highs in receptions (83) and a long catch of 69 yards for a touchdown against Carolina in Week 3. His 83 receptions are the fifth-most for a Falcons receiver in franchise history.

Tallied 127 receiving yards on seven grabs and added one touchdown reception vs. Carolina (9/23). His 69-yard touchdown grab in the second quarter marked the longest reception of his career.

Led the team in receiving with six catches for 104 yards and one touchdown vs. Indianapolis (11/22).

Posted 10 receptions for a career-high 146 receiving yards at St. Louis (12/2) in addition to recording one touchdown.

Tallied a career-high 12 receptions for 141 yards at Arizona (12/10) with his 10-yard catch in the first quarter amassing the 1,000-yard plateau for the season.


2006 (Falcons)
Saw action in all 16 games, starting in five and compiled 30 receptions for 506 yards (16.9 avg.). His 506 yards ranked second among Falcons receivers.

Logged his second highest receiving total of the season against Cleveland (11/12) when he caught five passes for 99 yards and a career-long reception of 55 yards.

Notched his second highest career receiving total with 104 yards versus Dallas (12/16).

In the season finale at Philadelphia (12/31), caught four passes for 90 yards with a long reception of 47 yards.


2005 (Falcons)
Became the starting wide receiver halfway through the season as he played in all 16 games with eight starts and ranked fourth on the team with 446 receiving yards on 29 receptions with three touchdowns. Also tallied four carries for 12 yards and three special teams tackles.

Started at Green Bay (11/13) in place of Michael Jenkins and notched two catches for 22 yards, including his first career touchdown for 19 yards.

Garnered a career-high 108 receiving yards on four catches vs. Tampa Bay (11/20).

Recorded two catches for 65 yards, including a 54-yard touchdown reception vs. New Orleans (12/12).


College
Totaled 163 receptions for 3,112 yards and 26 touchdowns, while starting 43 of 45 games for Alabama-Birmingham during his four-year career with the Blazers. His career totals rank second all-time in school history.

Led the nation with 1,452 receiving yards and ranked third in the country with a 20.5-yard per catch average in 2004 as an All-Conference USA first-team pick as a senior. Registered six 100-yard receiving contests.

Received All-Conference USA second-team honors after starting every game for the Blazers and leading the team with 39 catches for 844 yards with seven touchdowns as a junior.


Personal
Lettered in football, baseball and wrestling at James Island (Charleston, SC) High School, where he twice earned all-state and All-Low County recognition for football.

Won two state wrestling titles.

Born Sharod Lamor White on November 2, 1981 in James Island, South Carolina.
