Andrew Weidinger

Andrew Weidinger will enter his second season as Administrative Assistant to the Head Coach/Offense, providing administrative help to Falcons Head Coach Mike Smith. He will also lend a hand with the Falcons offense, undertaking such duties as managing data, research, daily practice scripts, schedules and calendars. Weidinger joined the Falcons in 2007 as a personnel scout. Prior to arriving in Atlanta, he spent seven seasons at the University of Arizona, where he served in a number of positions, including Assistant Director of Football Operations. Weidinger received a degree in Political Science in May 2004 and completed his master’s degree in Information Resources and Library Sciences in May 2007. He spent late summer and early fall of 2006 in a preseason internship with the Falcons.
